Midnight Sun

I haven't ranted about Midnight Sun at all! I can't believe just a few months ago I made this post lamenting the fact that Stephenie Meyer will never have time to finish Edward's perspective on Twilight and she just announces it a few weeks ago. It's a bit pricey but I cannot wait to read it. I remember reading the leaked first 12 chapters online and wishing she'd just write the rest.  And my wish has been granted.

I'm going to wait for it to be released either on the kindle or maybe paperback. I wish I hadn't been going through my "I have to be grown up" phase in eighth grade and gotten rid of all my copies of the Twilight series. I'll probably just download it to my kindle. That's where I keep Life and Death anyway.

I'm so glad you took the time to make this post, because I probably wouldn't have found out about Midnight Sun without it! I enjoyed The Saga, but not enough to keep track of new info once it seemed Midnight Sun was a permanent WIP for Meyer.

Very recently, like 2 weeks ago, I watched a youtube clip focusing on Meyer which oh so strongly reminded me of a TedTalk clip I'd watched almost as recently, which really made me sad about the denial and even shame that seems to surround public acknowledgement of liking of The Saga, at least for me. But yes, it has always been my goal to own a copy of Midnight Sun, so it can sit on my shelf with the other 4 books.

I'm actually looking forward to it. I'm leaning toward buying a hardcover but honestly, like you said, a kindle version is just easier.
