Federalist Papers
Okay so I absolutely hate writing essays, especially history ones, because I know I'd enjoy learning and researching these things on my own. So instead of properly studying I've just been playing this game and trying to convince myself that yes, this counts as studying.
I'm so done with this paper though. I hate analyzing things like this because 1) everyone spoke in a roundabout way in the 18th century and 2) I hate making my brain work. I've decided to take the federalist side in my paper because let's be real the Articles of Confederation were doomed to fail and the US wouldn't even be around if they hadn't thrown out that system and put in the Constitution.
Also, I don't know how many times I can re-word the phrase "centralized government" in one essay. It's not like the source material is any easier to understand. Hamilton loves to be wordy as all hell and refuses to just get to the point. I had to look up online what side he was arguing for because there was just so much wordage to wade through.
So far what I've written is a strong central government is needed to properly govern the US and that people shouldn't worry about the government becoming too powerful because the local government rules the people while the central government rules the local government. I'm a very....succinct writer so even though this paper is only supposed to be 1000 words I'm having trouble stretching it out. So far I've got 700 which doesn't sound too bad except I'm all out of ideas.

And thanks for the offer. I went ahead and turned it in the way it was and is hoping for the best.
